NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the custom, handmade, and personal nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, sizing, and customization requests before completing their purchase. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted only in person at our store location and only with prior approval within 15 days from the day of purchase. Customers may exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value, with any price difference to be paid by the customer. We do not process exchanges through shipping, mail, or courier services under any circumstances.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, lost packages caused by carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
