Briticom® Mechanical Inline Enclosure 288FO is used to protect and house fragile fibre splices and joints between cables. They can also be used to house splitters and patch connectors of splitters with fibre optic cables. This model has an IP68 rating and has three cable entry ports on each side. It is manufactured with a ribbed body for high mechanical strength against impact and environmental forces making it the ideal solution for a wide range of applications including Telecommunications Networks, CATV Cable Television and Fibre to the Home (FTTH).
