MULTIPEL 717 is a premium-quality, low-dosage liquid integral waterproofing admixture engineered to enhance the performance, durability, and water resistance of concrete and mortar. Formulated with advanced surface-active agents and refined lignosulphonates, it significantly reduces water penetration caused by capillary absorption or hydrostatic pressure. This admixture is highly recommended for structural concrete exposed to constant or intermittent water contact—such as tunnels, sea walls, basements, foundations, retaining walls, water channels, and precast concrete elements.It also works exceptionally well as a waterproofing and plasticizing additive for plasters and cement mortars. MULTIPEL 717 improves concrete cohesion, minimizes segregation, enhances pumpability, reduces shrinkage cracks, and provides an improved surface finish—all without compromising compressive strength. The product ensures excellent workability retention for over 60 minutes at 25°C and is compatible with most concrete admixtures including retarders, accelerators, water reducers, air entrainers, slag, fly ash, and silica fume.
