The Aspen Evergreen™ 637 LSO back brace was built to relieve pain and support the lumbar section of the spine. Fully adjustable, this low-profile design features supportive side panels and removable panels that can be molded or cut to give a customized fit. It features a 4:1 tightening system to independently tighten the top and bottom of the brace for localized compression and pain relief, and it comfortably fits waists up to 54” with modification for waists up to 64” in size.
