We designed our Belt Squat Machine based on three key concepts: solidity, compactness, and functionality.Solidity was achieved by using a main frame made of 75×75 mm tubing and mechanical solutions with precise fittings.Compactness led to the design of a machine that is 150 cm high, 110 cm wide, and only 183 cm long.Functionality is expressed through large anti-slip platforms (42×40 cm), an intuitive safety system, and an easily adjustable belt attachment system in both height and depth, using a chain, carabiner, and 4 attachment points. Flipping the 50 mm diameter handles is just as easy and allows you to transform the Belt Squat into a Dips Machine for targeted training of the triceps, chest, and front deltoids, with or without additional weight. In addition to the two loading plate holders (340×50 mm), the machine features four identical additional pegs for storing unused plates, and two pairs of band pegs for variable resistance training.
