The one-piece padding provides a firm and secure support, while the eco-leather upholstery with a textured faux leather effect offers the best balance between wear resistance, grip, and ease of positioning on the bench. The padding is composed as follows: Covering material: 1.2 mm PVC eco-leather Padding: recycled foam with a density of 150 kg/m³ Base panel: 15 mm high-density multi-layer composite panel The solid front post allows for ample foot placement freedom, while the reduced cushion height (43 cm) promotes a stable heel position. The 43 cm height ensures optimal foot placement and drive on the floor, maximum stabilization of the body on the backrest, and allows for the natural lumbar arch, which enhances lumbar contraction, chest elevation, and shoulder adduction. The bench dimensions have been designed in accordance with the Technical Rules Book of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) to align the equipment with recognized technical standards. Finally, the large central handle and rubberized wheels enable easy transportation and precise positioning, even within rack setups. The Flat Bench 9020 is compatible with the POWERLIFTING STATION 9045 and can also be equipped with the optional ANTI-SLIP R9020A one-piece padding. This high-grip upholstery (referred to as “grippy”) enhances stability and facilitates the arched bench press technique.
