Description A very rare Polsino lamp designed by Gio Ponti for Guzzini during the late 1960s: The table lamp has a tubular design built up with an acrylic diffusor and a chromed metal backplate. It has been completely cleaned, re-wired and checked (the original Bakelite bulb socket is kept however). It remains in excellent condition with just some minor signs of use. The Polsino lamp has been produced for only a short period, making it a real collector’s item. We have so far not seen another example in this size with chrome metal plating. Condition: Excellent, minor signs of age. Origination: Italy, late 1960s.
