The 9088/7 Foot Plate can also be used on its own, with the user seated on the floor and the platform positioned at various heights depending on the exercise. For flexible and functional positioning, it includes two central cable slots to help align the cable properly during movement. Maximum versatility is achieved when combining this accessory with the 9088/6 Bench and 9088/5 Lat Pulldown, turning the 9088 Rack into a Lat Cable Pulley Machine, ideal for a wide variety of exercises.
